How about an informal poll about the best ways to book a b and b in France? What are the pros and cons of the different options? Success and horror stories. We’re doing research on this and we wanted to have real users feedback. Thank you very beaucoup.
This summer it looks like the prices for trips to Europe are at a all-time high. I’ve looked at many a "budget" airfare site, but I can’t seem to find reasonable prices.
I’d like to go from washington DC to Paris. Any idea where I can find the right ticket, at the right price?

That being said, we do love suggestions and even praise… when it’s due. Please let us know where we err and when we’re on the right track.
If you have complaints about a particular reservation, please send an email to the proper party, as we cannot track every reservations made with every partner.
If you do have a problem with a particular hotel reservation, please send an email to reservations@france.com.
Someone wrote that they had problems logging in. That was after they had registered for a membership.
I’m not sure how that happens, but the best is to check if you are logged in or not. The easiest way of doing this is to look at the upper left screen and see the "welcome" line. If it says, as for me Welcome estelle, then you’re logged in. If it does have your name you’re not logged in.
To log in just type in your userid and passwords in the fields just above that line.
