Hi, my husband and I have booked the Versailles tour online, but haven't received any email confirmation yet. We have the reference number and the receipt. Do we show the receipt when the bus comes to pick us up at the hotel? Will the tour agency call us to confirm? What time exactly will the bus pick us up?

After purchasing a tour on France.com, please allow 1 business day for the confirmation voucher to get to your email. The confirmation voucher will have all the details you need to make it to the tour: hours, contact information… You just need to print this email and bring it to the tour with you.
