Paris – Climate in March

We are a sports team that are researching the possibility of traveling to Paris from March 13-21, 2004. We will be playing outdoor tackle football; therefore, we prefer that there will not be much rain. Can anyone give me some understanding about climate conditions over the past couple of years during that time of year? This way we would know what to expect?

I am looking for a penpal. He or she does not have to be necessarily from France but I would truly appreciate if he/she is good in written and spoken French. I am a studying french and very much in love with the french culture. It would be of great help to me if I could get someone to chat with so that I can improve my French. I’m curious about the political situation in France. For instance, which areas in France are more liberal? Which are more conservative? Were there any regions that supported the war in Iraq? If so, why are they different? In the last election who voted for La Peine? And, Who voted for Chirac?

I am a Chinese and plan to go to Paris to join A exhibition which held in the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre during 05-
07apr.,2004, I will stay for 5 or 7 days together with 2 person.
(totally 3 person) so we plan find a economic hotel or apartment
which should near the porte de versailles exhibition centre.
