Someone wrote that they had problems logging in. That was after they had registered for a membership.
I’m not sure how that happens, but the best is to check if you are logged in or not. The easiest way of doing this is to look at the upper left screen and see the "welcome" line. If it says, as for me Welcome estelle, then you’re logged in. If it does have your name you’re not logged in.
To log in just type in your userid and passwords in the fields just above that line.

I am having problems logging in. I have tried to book at the Chateau de Cocove but had to first join your organisation. I typed in my full details and was told I would receive an email to confirm membership by return. This has not happend and the open pages will not accept my log in name of ID.
Strangely, when I tried a second attempt at joining it wouldn’t accept my name as there is already a member with my name – I doubt there are 2 with the same spelling as mine.
It accepted my name and ID for this problem section.

our system indicates that you have indeed confirmed your email address. I also successfully logged in as you on my system to confirm there is no problem with the login system.
