But maybe a little glossary or translation is needed here. I mean that there are different ways to call a Bed and Breakfast in France. There are Gites, Chambres d’Hotes, Maison d’Hotes, all of which are Beds and Breafasts, and slightly different right? Then there are different styles of beds and breakfast, because you can stay in a modest country house or a grand xvth century chateau.
all of these are available in France, and I hear that the French have made it a very fashionable way to discover France. what was mostly reserved for tourists in now in high demand among French people.
