Very quiet hotel next to the Trocadero where most other hotels would cost twice the price. Rooms are very well kept and nicely decorated. Great address for those wishing to try something different from the Saint Germain and Louvre area.

The staff at Hameau de Passy were absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was very friendly. The room was not fancy but clean, comfortable and certainly more than adequate for our needs. The location was great for sight-seeing, just a pleasant walk from major sights and nice restaurants. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We were impressed with the friendly greeting we received upon arrival. The friendly attitudes of staff continued throughout the week. The staff assisted with suggestions for dining, shopping, transportation, etc. The room was very adequate. Comfortable bed. Easy walk to metro. Great neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and everyone very helpful. Restaurants in the area tended to be quite expensive but it is Paris. Wonderful Bistro down the street towards hameu passey metro. Supermarket across the road very useful and convenient. We felt that the taxi booked by the hotel was very expensive compared to the cost of the taxi from the airport to the hotel and suspect there is some kind of "agreement" between hotel and taxi companies. All in all 8 out of 10 - we wished the weather had been better!!

We are very familiar with Paris and go once a year. We try different hotels in different parts of town. This hotel is next to shopping, but not close to a lot of eating. We stayed in bottom room. Even for French standards it was small. The bathroom is built into the small room making it even smaller. The accordion doors wouldn't shut all the way. Very irritating! The bed was very good by American standards. The facilities were new and very clean.
Most of the staff was very nice. Especially the evening staff. One of the day time workers -- a tall, slender woman was almost abusive in attitude. If I am spending a grand on a hotel, I want to be treated politely. You don't have to love me, but you should show some respect. We asked for nothing and got attitude in exchange. Not a good point to this hotel.
We did enjoy the nearby supermarket and mall. The people in the area were not hostile to tourists as in some other areas. We probably won't return here for reasons given, but if you are looking for a good value on the west side, this is probably the best option. Other hotels were more pricey and didn't offer much more.
