Wonderful view from the hotel room. Large spacious room with semi-comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however I did have problems getting to the hotel from the train station. All taxi drivers refused to take us to the hotel saying it was not possible (apparently they didn't want to go that far). I had to call the hotel and they were more than happy to send a taxi to come and get us.

Having made a booking through the internet and not having been to France before, we had our anxiety before reaching the destination - we were not sure what kind of hotel the Concorde was going to turn out to be. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a spacious hotel with comfortable rooms and exceptionally good service. Our 4 day stay was very pleasant and the whole family enjoyed it tremendously. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and helpful. We shall certainly recommend it to anyone we know travelling to Marseille.

My wife made the arrangements sight unseen over the internet using your services. What a wonderful surprise. The food was excellent as was the location and views of the beach. We were also able to visit Monte Carlo and other parts of the Riviera without having to pay "Riviera" prices . This hotel is a great value for the money!

Bed was very bad, could feel springs, complained.....mgmt changed room but next bed wasn't much better.....overall disappointed

Especial mention needs to be made about two employees at the front desk: Maxime and Aurenie, who really provide EXCELLENT customer service. Both, at various, times have been very helpful during our stay at the Concorde.
