this hotel should not be open. It needs monumental repairs. cables coming out of the walls everywhere, holes in the walls, moisture problems. I have pictures to prove it.

The downstairs of the hotel was being renovated during our stay which was slightly inconvenient. The rooms facing the street are also subject to quite a bit of noise during the evening and early morning hours. However, we were generally pleased with our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient to the metro and the room was quite charming.

The location was great, close to the trains and nice walking distance to restaurants.

My stay was good. The location is good, near the Jardin du Luxembourg. My room was not large, but it was satisfactory and clean. The cost was a little more than I expected, but not exorbitantly more. Overall, it was fine.

The hotel was on the safe & quiet street. It was convinient especially to dine out in St.German. However, we got lost on the way back quite often coming back from the dinner. The reception was kind. But the partitions were with poor sound proof. We could hear other guests` talking on the same floor and the bathroom sounds of upstairs. And building construction of the just opposite started from 8am it was very disterbing. But I think it was good value for the price.

The room never had any heat, we were always cold, although friendly, courteous and clean it was a bit out of the way of the main city and not something I would recommend for 100 Euros per night. The room barely had enough room to walk around the bed and the closet had less space than a shoe box. I would suggest staying here as a place to stay for just one or two nights to find yourself accomodations somewhere else. I would not return to this establishment. When asked when we would have heat in our room.. they replied at 7:00am on Monday.. we asked them this on Wednesday the week before, and they refused to compensate us at all for our discomfort. Overall my rating of this establishment was a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. The one thing I will say is that it was VERY clean, and they were excellent about making sure everything was clean. Make sure you bring your own towels though, the ones they provide were very thin.. kind of like the once you got in swimming class that had been used for about 10 seasons and never replaced! Cheers and happy Travels all!

my first stay in paris, so i can't compare value to room size and location. however, like i have read about paris hotels, the rooms are small, and so are the bathrooms, but i have seen smaller bathrooms in business hotels in japan. hotel staff helpful with questions.
