Just 15mn from Orly Airport and 10mn from both Gare de Lyon and Montparnasse, this place occupies a prime position in an up-and-coming area in Paris.
This elegant establishment , decorated with taste and style, is a pleasant blend of the past and modern times.
With its friendly welcome, excellent service and reasonable prices, this hotel comes highly recommended.
Housed in a wonderful 19th century building, it was bought up just over a year ago. Walls were knocked down, lifts integrated, air conditionned installed, but most importantly, the hotel has been stylishly redecorated. Soft natural colours with oak floorboards, lamps especially -made in Spain, a collection of brightly -coloured paintings, wicker chairs, cotton rugs, wooden furniture and baskets of flowers.
The elegant minimalist decor can be seen in every bedrooms, all equipped with air conditionned, direct line phone and television. The spacious bathrooms are decorated in immaculate white and contain bath and shower, hair dryer and toilet.
You will love the Top Floor rooms (only 4) larger than the other ones, they also offer a fabulous roof top views, you can even see the Eiffel tower.
The hotel requires a minimum stay of 2 nights on Saturdays - Public Parking at walking distance.

We enjoyed thoroughly our stay at La Maufacture. The configuration of our room--with a larger and nicely decorated room for my wife and me adjacent, via a hallway and bath, to a smaller one for our six year old son--was especially welcome. The location near the Place d'Italie was wonderful--an interesting and vibrant neighborhood not inundated by tourists. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only reservation was the breakfast, which was convenient but not a particularly good value.
