If the zipcode of your hotel is between 75001 and 75020 then your hotel IS located in Paris.
If the zipcode starts with 78, 92, 93, 94, 95 or if you are staying in a hotel near CDG airport or Orly airport, then you're outside the city and you will need to make your way to the agency to meet for the tour.
