I want to make a reservation, but I am not sure how the process works.
When making a reservation using our site, you have the choice between many tours. All tours are reserved on a pre-pay basis, meaning that you will need to pay the tours in full. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm your tour by email within 2 business days.
Can I ask you to send the voucher directly to the hotel where I will be staying?
Since we send you the confirmation by email, there is no need to send it to the hotel desk by snailmail. Expect the voucher to arrive in your email 2 business days after payment has been made.
Can we purchase tickets in Paris?
Because space is limited and reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend booking the tours in advance. It is possible to buy tours in Paris, but the best seats and the best tours will already have been sold out.
What happens if I need to cancel a tour?
Most tours can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the tour itself for a 20% cancellation fee. If the tour is cancelled less than 7 days before the tour time, it is to the Tour Operator's discretion to charge the 100% or issue a refund. In any event, please ensure that you advise us as soon as you know that you will not make a tour, to avoid unecessary fees.
How many days in advance do we need to buy tickets?
As much time beforehand is always good, but you should give yourself at least 3 days before the tour time to make reservations for it, a bit longer for tours out of Paris.
How old can a child be to qualify for the child's discount?
Children 11 years old and younger can take advantage of children prices. Older children need to pay the same as adults.
Is the tour on a full-size bus or a mini bus?
This is clearly indicated on the header of each tour under the section 'Starting Point':
